Privacy policy

This policy covers InvitesPro for iPhone, iPad and Mac (com.jfdeveloper.invitespro). The short version: there's no account, and your invitations and photos stay on your device. InvitesPro has no server and no analytics of its own.

Your invitations and photos

• No account. You don't need to sign up to use the app.
• Invitations are stored on your device. They are not sent to us.
• Photos you choose are processed on the device, including background removal with Apple's Vision framework. They are never uploaded to any server.

Purchases

The Event Pass and Lifetime are bought on the App Store. Apple handles payment; we receive no payment or card data.

Ads (Google AdMob, iPhone and iPad only)

There are no ads on the Mac. On iPhone and iPad, ads are rewarded and opt-in only: you tap "watch an ad" to export without the mark or to use a premium template once, up to 3 times a day. There are no banners or interstitials, and ads are never forced.

• Consent: the first time you tap "watch an ad", the app asks for App Tracking Transparency permission, then shows Google's consent form (UMP; IAB TCF v2 where required: EEA, UK and Switzerland, plus US state messages). Only then are ads loaded.
• If you deny tracking or don't give consent, ads are non-personalized.
• What Google may collect (Google Mobile Ads SDK): the device advertising ID (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), coarse location from your IP address, ad interaction and diagnostics.
• You can change your consent in the app's settings (privacy options) and tracking in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

Legal bases and your rights

Personalized ads and tracking: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Purchases: performance of a contract, through Apple. You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because we don't hold your data, most requests are handled on your device or with Google; write to soporte@jfdeveloper.com and we'll help.

How to delete your data

Delete the app to remove its invitations and data from your device. Purchases stay with your Apple account and are restored when you reinstall.

Children

InvitesPro is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its date.
